SACORPREG was registered in June 2001 and started trading in 2007 with its first operation in Cape Town, Foreshore as a 100% subsidiary of Kilgetty Statutory Services a company secretarial division of Grant Thornton, Cape Town.
A branch in Durban was opened in 2012 and the Johannesburg branch was established in 2014. The current business emanates from the Johannesburg branch which was acquired in 2018 as a 100% black-owned entity. The company has approximately 1600 statutory compliance clients on its books.
