All the staff are super friendly and go well out their way to make sure clients are comfortable and understand what is going on. They were patient with me as I’m not business inclined and even go as far as using after hours time to consult and share advice with clients. 10/10 would definitely recommend!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Frequency Asked Question
Many entrepreneurs believe they can write their own business plan using free templates found online. While this is possible in theory, in practice most self-written plans are rejected by banks, development finance institutions (such as SEFA, NEF, IDC), investors and even some tender evaluation committees. The reason is simple: funders and decision-makers see hundreds of business plans every month. They can immediately recognise when a plan lacks realistic financial projections, proper market research, clear risk analysis, or a logical structure.
A professional business plan does more than just describe your idea. It demonstrates that you understand your industry, your customers, your competition, your costs, and your path to profitability. It shows that you have thought carefully about cash flow, break-even points, and how the money will actually be used. Most importantly, it is written in the language and format that South African funders expect. When a bank or investor receives a well-structured, professionally prepared plan, they take the application more seriously from the first page. This significantly increases your chances of approval and can save you months of back-and-forth revisions.
We keep the process as simple as possible. After you place your order, we send you a short information form that asks for the essential details we need. This typically includes your full registered company name, CIPC registration number, physical and postal addresses, contact numbers, email address and website (if you have one).
We also need a clear description of the products or services you offer, a short company background or history, your vision and mission statements (if you already have them), the names and brief backgrounds of the directors or key management, any notable achievements or completed projects, and your current B-BBEE level if you want it included. Finally, we require your company logo in a good quality format (preferably PNG with a transparent background or a high-resolution PDF/AI file). The more accurate and complete the information you provide, the stronger and more professional the final profile will be.
This is a common situation, especially with newly registered businesses. We can still design a professional company profile using a clean, text-based header that looks neat and credible. Many clients start this way and later update the profile once they have a proper logo.
If you would prefer to have a logo created at the same time, we can either refer you to affordable logo designers we trust or, in some cases, create a simple professional logo as an add-on service. Having a logo does improve the overall appearance of the profile, but it is not a strict requirement to get started.
Yes, absolutely. Once the first draft is ready, we send it to you for review. You are encouraged to check the content, layout, spelling of names, and overall look. Standard packages include one to two rounds of reasonable revisions. This covers corrections to text, small layout adjustments, replacement of images, or minor content additions.
If you request major structural changes, a complete redesign, or substantial new content after the first draft has been prepared, an additional fee may apply. We always discuss this with you beforehand so you remain in control of the cost. Our goal is to deliver a final document that you are completely happy to send to clients and tender committees.
You will receive two versions of the final company profile as standard. The first is a high-resolution, print-ready PDF suitable for professional printing on good quality paper. The second is a lighter, compressed PDF that is optimised for emailing and uploading to portals without creating large file sizes.
If you need an editable source file (for example in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Microsoft Word format) so that you can make future changes yourself, this can be provided on request for a small additional fee. Most clients find the two PDF versions sufficient for all their needs.
Yes. Many of our clients specifically request that their B-BBEE level, CIPC registration details, tax compliance status, and other credentials be clearly displayed in the company profile. This is especially useful when the profile will be submitted with tender documents or supplier application forms.
We accurately reflect the information you provide. If you have a valid B-BBEE affidavit or certificate, we can include the relevant level and recognition percentage. The same applies to other compliance documents. Including these details helps the reader quickly see that your business is properly registered and compliant
Yes. Our Standard and Premium company profiles are specifically designed with tender committees, procurement departments and corporate supplier databases in mind. They present your business in a clear, professional and structured manner that makes it easy for the reader to understand who you are, what you do, and why you are a credible supplier.
A well-designed company profile often forms part of the mandatory or supporting documents required in tender submissions. Using a poorly designed or incomplete profile can create a negative first impression even if the rest of your submission is strong. Our profiles help you avoid that risk.
