Letter of Good Standing (LOGS)
All new businesses must register with the Compensation Fund (CF) and apply for a Letter of Good Standing (LOGS). To apply for government contracts and work on construction sites, contractors must be registered with the Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL) for Compensation Fund (CF).
What is a Letter of Good Standing?
A Letter of Good Standing (LOGS) is a certificate issued by the Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL), through the Compensation Fund (CF) confirming that a registered entity has submitted all of its Returns of Earnings (ROE) and paid the required assessment/invoice. LOGS allows you to apply for Tenders as well as ensure your employees are covered in the event of an injury or death on the job.
