We will prepare and lodge all the requirements with the CIPC and SARS to update your Member(s) or Director(s) details
The personal information of each Director is recorded in the Company’s Register at the CIPC and SARS. The Director’s personal address, phone number, and email address are all included in this information. If any of these information changes, the CIPC and SARS must be notified.
